Room 1618 opened in Mirdif Hills in April 2022, built by a team of chefs from across Europe with time in Michelin-starred kitchens and a shared obsession with baking. The crystal chandelier, the chequered floor and the polished bar set the scene. The croissants do the rest.
Coffee is taken as seriously as the pastry: a dedicated head barista, single-origin V60s and a drive-thru window for the school run.
